Shutdown valves

All Marshalsea shutdown valves are pilot-operated, three port, two position poppet valves with a spring-return action. The piston-type pilot section of the valve responds to a wide range of pilot supply pressures and any one of a variety of pneumatic or hydraulic operating media.

Type 1073 master shutdown valve

Working pressure up to 690 bar, pilot pressure 2.1 to 10.3 bar.

Types 1074, 1174 master shutdown valve

Working pressure up to 690 bar, pilot pressure 103 to 345 bar.

Type 1175 master shutdown valve

Working pressure up to 690 bar, pilot pressure 200 to 690 bar.

Excess flow check valves

Types 381001 to 381171 excess flow check valves

Inline mounting valves to prevent loss of control fluid in the event of a line break or high leakage downstream. Typically installed in service lines to actuators vulnerable to damage.

Lockout relay valves

All Marshalsea lockout relay valves are pilot-operated, three port, two position valves. The piston-type pilot section of the valve responds to a wide range of pilot supply pressures and any one of a variety of pneumatic or hydraulic operating media.

Types 1200, 1201, 1205, 1206 lockout relay valves

Designed for panel mounting with manual reset knob. Working pressure 10.3 bar, pilot pressure 2.1 to 10.3 bar.

Type 1250 manual lockout relay valve

Normally closed, has a manual-open actuator.

Working pressure up to 250 bar, pilot pressure minimum 69 bar.

Flowline pilot valves

Types 2010 to 2175 flowline pilot valves

Pilot-operated, three port, two position valves with a spring return action – used to switch a pneumatic or hydraulic control pressure on rising or falling flowline pressures in pipeline valve and wellhead safety control systems.
